iPhone 4 running iOS beta 7 randomly deactivated and now I can't activate

I was using my iphone when suddenly the screen goes to the apple logo like it's restarting. Then it came to a page saying that the restore was successful and it walked me through the steps one would normally take after restoring their phone. When it gets to the activation screen, it simply says "Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable" Is this a widespread blackout or am I alone on this one??

I am experiencing a problem similar to yours. A pop up displaying "activation required" appeared on my phone randomly and then led me to the activation process, which fails stating the phone cannot contact the server. Going through iTunes also fails.

I'm having a similar problem with my 3GS. Random restarts, "Activition Required", failed restores in iTunes, undetected SIM card,... But things have gotten very bad. Anyone have a suggestion? I listed all the device symptoms here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3433048 I'm sure its a hardware issue in my case.
