Thank you SO much for revealing that the quotation marks are necessary. I thought there was something wrong with my macbook, external hard drive, and iPhone. It's taken me DAYS to search for solutions. I followed each step correctly and nothing worked until I found your answer. WHO KNEW THAT THIS WAS SO IMPORTANT. I didn't.. lol. Why don't any websites that list these steps mention how necessary quotation marks are?? My god.. I was going insane. Hopefully if this is a specific problem for others, like it was for me, they find your answer. Thanks again for saving me. I was beginning to lose hope and schedule an appointment at Apple. Now I can breathe again and not worry about my phone crashing and losing all my recent data.
