If it is disabled because of too many wrong tries from a passcode then you will need to either wait the amount of time it says.
If it says no time and just "iPhone disabled" then you will need to plug it into your computer and sync it via iTunes.
If all else fails, restore your phone.

How do I undisable my iPhone 6 It stay to connect it to iTunes but when I connect it to iTunes it comes up on the Computer that it can't be connect because I've a password on the iPhone
