So I was asking her questions and all of sudden, her voice really changed. It sounds much more robotic now and kind of depressed and has very few voice fluctuations like it did before it changed. I didn't change anything under settings. Anyone else have this problem? It's very annoying!

I had the same problem and there is a quick way to fix it Siri's robotic voice for iOS 10.
Follow these steps:
If Siri sounds robotic, you should see the following under the buttons...
"This Siri voice will take effect when downloaded. 0% complete..."
And Ta-da! You just wait for it to download and Siri will have her voice back.
Nope Siri is sounding normal to me.
I have the same problem with you disneygirl7 ! I haven't heard anyone talk about this, maybe we have to wait until newer version comin out :| It's really annoying, i have restore my iPhone for many times. Gosh =.="
This has also happened with my phone and is really annoying. I know I don't like change much but this is just not acceptable. If it had 'evolved' into a more fluid voice I might be able to understand the change but it is more robotic, very tinny, almost like the difference between someone with a smooth voice and someone with a screechy voice.
If anyone figures out how to change it back, let me know

I suspect it has to do with available bandwidth. If the connection speed is slower the sampling rate is lowered.
Same here. After I upgraded to the 5.1 beta on my iphone4s. Strange. She lost her "attitude".

YA! Same here! She's like an emotionless freak now! Kinda like the voice control lady! She's boring...
exactly. I did no updates what so ever and the change happened. Will test the sample rate related to band width suggestion but I think the voice must be generated on the machine from text submitted by apple no? to send that much data required to include voice quality would be quite odd. but will definitely not rule it out.

Can't believe I didn't add this. She also forgot my name. when asked she said "i don't know who you are, but you can tell me" where the answer was always my name and then "at least that's what you told me".
The same thing is happened to my phone, it makes no sence. It just changed its not as good as it was, it's been that way for about 2 weeks now, it is a anoyying computer voice, it does not sound as lively or real as it did. Apple needs to fix it.
Got the same problem. Just noticed it earlier today.
Bandwidth is not the issue at least on my side. Using 3G, my home cable connection, work connection (bloody fast) and still the same issue.
does anyone from Apple ever get into these forums any more? I think we need an answer from the boys and girls in cupertino.
However, bandwidth COULD be involved on the server side, as more users load it down. FWIW, I have not noticed any difference.
No "anymore" involved. Apple does not reply as Apple, and even in the past, when an Apple employee responded, it was not as a representative of the company but a volunteer on their own time.
