hello..!!
iOS 5 music app is not good as iPod app in previous iOS 4
-not good in cover flow :
1-slow +++
2-album cover pop up when moving little fast
3-also incorrect album overlapping when moving fast
- in lock screen when unlocking while playing music is noticably slow
is there any fix for my problem other than :Restore , resync music ,hard reset because it doesn't solve anythinge

I don't know this issue - i dont have any problem like this.
Its unlikely, but try quiting background apps such as games (double tap the home button while on the home screen, press and hold an icon until they jiggle and press the "-" on all of them). Because there have been some modifications to how background apps can run, they now seem to exessively slow the phone or reduce battery life.
Apart from that, all I can suggest is to restore. I know its not ideal but if you restore but dont restore from backup, see if the problem is solved. If it is, there is probably a rogue cache file or something in your backup which recreates the problem. If not, then its a hardware issue and you should set up a repair/take it to an Apple Store
