ok ... so one has to be let into the circle of knowledge 😝
but can you then also tell me why I don't have that function up in the tool bar, like the blogger and léonie ...?
EDIT: oops, our replies crossed 8)
thanks again to you both!
Janicke73,
I just drag photos (JPG) onto the dicument and I never noticed that it changed them to TIF?? As I said, I usually pront it as a PDF for distribution to the class or audience so it all gets merged into a big PDF anyway. While I love Keynote, it is not universal and you can save to pdf for a presentation that everyone can read ... and it is reasonably compressed.
As for the Speaker Notes, I was referring to Keynote. You can pull up the speaker note area with 'View > Show Presenter Notes' (I call them speaker notes out of years of habit from MS Office and Open Office). Then when you print the document, you can go into print Details and select the checkbox to also print the Presenter Notes so you have a hard copy to work from.
You can include the Descriptions/notes in Keynote and also add editing Notes in Pages but I like your bubble idea for the one shot image you are doing. I use keynote more for full blown presentations and Pages for Workbook/Tutorials so I usually have multiple pages and handouts to distribute.
yes dennislogue. I happended to notice that it said TIF in Pages, but maybe it's a question of settings. anyway, your notes will probably come in handy at the latest in august when I'll lead a one day seminar for my teacher collegues, on ICT in the language classroom 8) cheers!
