Because it is not worth having that take up screen space. That idea is crazy.
Even asking the same question 4 times, no one here can know "why" Apple does anryhing. I see no reason for a home button shortcut on the home screen.
I have no idea what "I have change home button for 3 times, it's crazy..." means. Maybe you can get someone to help with your English.
