Worst experience ever with apple support

I have a 2011 Mac mini that is less then 5 months old and today it made a loud pop when I turned it on and nothing came on the screen it stays black and no startup chime. I called apple and they told me the closest apple store to me is almost 140 miles from my home and Refused to let me ship it to them to be replaced under warranty. I was told I had to make the trip across state to get my new Mac fixed.

This will prob be my last apple product I can't tell you how upset I am that I can't RMA this and now have to drive over a hundred miles

This is not the apple I once knew.

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7), 2.5GHz Mac mini HD 6630m

Hi this is the OP from the topic this is my new apple ID for my iphone

I had to drive 107 miles and spent the entire Day on the road to get a 5 pound mac mini repaired.

i sold it on craigs list for $400.00 half what i paied for it jus to see it leave my sight.

i have sold every apple product i own and when my contract is up my iphone will be left on a bench with a im free post it attached to it.

i have built a small mini ITX pc for windows 8 with a new core i7 ivy bridge for cheaper then a mac mini and with Windows 8 i am supper happy .

every single part down to the ram chips can be sent back by ups or fedex for the next 2 years the power of newegg.com

im sorry but i will never buy apple again ever
