Album art overviews (icon preview of CD cover embedded in mp3 idtag) are not displaying in every folder... weird

So what are you saying in few words? It's a known problem since Lion came out. I put my heart in peace with this bug, i'm actually don't even see the artless MP3's.

Just installed iTunes 10.5.1 - album art has also returned to my albums stored in finder fiolders. Problem solved - until next time.

Let's say that now we will wait 1 month before installing new itunes version to avoid artwork problems 🙂

still not working,.. latest itunes lastest Lion OSX. nope. No song album art showing in my finder , quickLook .

my laption works fine but my intel mac pro ? NO.

All I had to do was upgrade iTunes to latest version and album art has been appearing in Finder on both my MacBook Pro and iMac. And it is still there which seems to be a miracle in itself.

Ok, so 10.5.2 is out. Should i download it or wait if some one reports that artwork is screwed again?

I'm ok for now with the 10.5.1.

Well, I upgraded automatically without thinking and the album art is still fine - same as 10.5.1 But I hate making recommendations because I've read enough of these discussions to notice that all problems are not consistent. I can only say things continue to be normal for me.

latest os lion, latest itunes 10.5.2. still have the issue. it appeared after having updated to 10.5.1 for me.

anyone solve this issue? still no artwork showing in finder... no songs doesn't matter mp3.aiff.wav.. all songs not working.. movie ,pdf,picture, all working except music/song.

I have the same thing here too with Lion 10.7.2 and iTunes 10.5.2.

I logged in to the guest account and fetched some mp3 files via the shared folder and boom, the album art was back. The next time I logged in as guest there where no album art. Really strange.

yes i know still dont work.. so weird . my laptop macbook air works perfect i see entire song art work in finder ,quicklook but my macpro intel desktop won;t show..

so weird... think there is no answer? i been searching for the answer and tried evrything i could.. well it ***** to looking at weird music icon in finder not each songs album art.

And for me it's the other way around. No problems with the MacPro at work but no images with my MacbookPro at home. They use the same software versions.
