Hello, I have just my 4S and big frustration! The Bluetooth 4.0 is not compatible with command Mercedes Bens. Do you have a solution?

What do you mean by "not compatible"? BT 4.0 is backward compatible, so it should work. If it is not please describe exactly what you are doing and what the results are.
I had try to connect it the same way as for my iPhone4:
1 Activate BT visibility command & iPhone4S
2 When command detects iP I tape the code then same code to tape in iPhone
3 There begin the problem! The iP stay searching to connect but doesn't match
I've tried 10 or 15 times!
I've also made full reset of the command & reinitialize the iPhone4s

Have you reset the BT in the car?
I have reset the command and deleted all detected phones.
I don't know if I can do an other reset?
Tomorrow i'll read the manual, I'm from Brussels and the car is a ML'06
My 4s pairs with the bluetooth puck 62872 code in the cradle but the command system displays no phone installed.
I tried to use "forget this device" and do it over and still does not recognize my phone in the command system. The puck blinks, I enter the code and the light goes solid and my phone shows paired with MB. Waht is missing?
