ARD report to tell if a computer is currently running in 64 bit mode?

Hi,

Is there an ARD report or a unix command that will tell me if a computer is currently running in 64 bit mode or 32 bit mode? Or is there a way to pull a full System Profiler report on a computer via ARD?

Thanks!!!

Nevermind....I just found the answer.

Sending the following command in ARD to the computer in question will tell you if a computer is running in 32 or 64 bit mode.

system_profiler SPSoftwareDataType

System Software Overview:

System Version: Mac OS X 10.6.8 (10K540)

Kernel Version: Darwin 10.8.0

Boot Volume: Macintosh HD

Boot Mode: Normal

Computer Name: test1mac

User Name: System Administrator (root)

Secure Virtual Memory: Enabled

64-bit Kernel and Extensions: No

Time since boot: 1 day22:46

If it says "No" next to "64-bit Kernel and Extensions" then it is running in 32 bit....if it says Yes then it is running as 64 bit.

ARD report to tell if a computer is currently running in 64 bit mode?
