5.0.1 update--even worse battery life

After upgrading to 5.0.1 my iPhone is draining the battery even faster! Anyone else seeing this problem?

I've noticed it's draining the battery faster after updating to 5.0.1.

I seem to be having several issues with my iphone 4s.

I have the latest 5th Gen airport extreme and I just updated it to 7.6 the other day.

I'm running Lion 10.7.2 on my iMac i7, on both macbook pro's, ios 5.0.1 on the ipod touch 4th gen, ipad 2 and my iphone 4s. Both my apple TV's are running the latest updates as well. Everything is working perfectly on all devices. My phone is the only issue. I'm dropping from wireless at home constantly and battery is worse since the latest update. I've reset my phone reset the wireless and I can't even connect to wireless with the iphone, but everything else is fine with all the other devices.

Any suggestions?

And this, folks, is why it's unwise to update unless you deem it absolutely necessary. While that advice won't help those dealing with this battery issue, some good may come of all this. If the phone is working fine, leave it alone. If you feel you absolutely have to update, check on some forums (such as this one) and read up on the problems others are having before updating. You'll save yourself a lot of aggravation that way.
