Well first I buy my original iPhone at apple online store, it fail 45 days before I buy, the problemn don't come with the software, because i have 5.0.1 many days before the phone fail, i explain to Apple everything I do before:
1. I downlodn the lastest, format and reisntal the software with a mac. (the problem back)
2. buy a new sim card with my carrier, download again, format reinstal software, then i instal the sim card
when the phone ask for it. (the problem back)
3. I goes again with my carrier, they unactive and active again my acound in they sistem, give a new sim card again, reset all the features of my acound, refer the imei and serial number of my phone to they sistem. (the problem back)
4. For third time I format and resintal the software. (the problem back)
I do everything posible to fail, software, carrier, sim card.
this happend along a weekend, in this period of time, the phone loose the signal more quickly every time, this mean a hardware problem, then I call Apple, and explain it detailed, they ask me for send the iPhone to the repair center, and send me back a new on, this mean the hardware was the trouble.
I can tell u, check all the options posible before call, do all test posible, check what service works and what don't, tray to solve, and if the phone don't work again, then call support and explain everything you do detailed.
