Why is it that when you text certain people, the message delivers to them in a green bubble, but then others deliver in a blue bubble? What's the difference?
I belive that the blue bubbles indicate that the text comes from another iPhone with iOS 5. The blue bubble text includes the upgrades of "..." showing when the other person is in the process of responding, and shows when a text is delivered (says "delivered" under the bubble.

When I text other iPhone users I still have green bubbles ~ I want blue but it's just not happening. My iPhone 4 is new and has the latest version and my daughter just bought her new iPhone 4s and still our texts are green and not blue. Any suggestions on how to have it blue (iChat)???

You need to enable iMessage on your iPhone. Settings>Messages>ON. Sending iMessages between enabled iOS 5 devices will result in the bubble turning blue, if however the iMessage could not be sent it will be sent as an SMS and therefore the bubble will be green.
