iTunes Match keeps crashing!

This has plagued me for years on different systems, but today I fixed it!

I had to delete my entire library, and rebuild it 30 albums at a time. I imported 30, updated iTunes match, then imported 30 more. I did that for several hours, sometimes quitting iTunes in between since crashes would often upon launch, and I didn't get any crashes! My library is rebuilt, and I can do an update without crashes, launch iTunes without crashes, all of it. YAY!

i found that going into my account and simply leaving it open allowed me to use itunes normally. it seems that itunes does not crash (thankfully) whilst my account is open and available to edit
