Hi All

Maybe its just me but I can't seem to do screenshots with my iPhone 4S, It just lock's itself when I hold down the home key and press the power key.

Very strange, any ideas?

Task #4: Enforce Enterprise Security Policies

Once a user is provisioned with enterprise e-mil, Wi-Fi, VPN settings, and enterprise applications (both native and webbased), large amounts of enterprise data will now be stored on the iPhone. These data exist in multiple places including:

 The corporate e-mail box

 The browser cache

 Any application caches

Because corporate data can exist in multiple locations, enterprises must mandate device-wide security policies. Organizations should consider enforcing the following security policies in an iPhone deployment:

 Multi-character, complex device passwords to ensure that unauthorized individuals cannot easily gain access to the device.

 Device lockdown policies that may be necessary per corporate policy, such as locking down cameras or preventing screenshots on the device.

 Up-to-date iPhone OS software

 Full-device encryption to protect all forms of corporate data.

Roger is right.

I spent last couple minutes trying to figure this out. Even on the Apple web site (http://www.apple.com/iphone/tips/) they have it other way around.

When I pressed and held "Home" button, Siri was activated. When I pressed "Wake/Sleep" buttom, phone just turned off.

You gotta press and hold "Wake/Sleep" button and press and release "Home". Screen falshes white and screen is captured.

Note: maybe with Siri off the first method works.

Comfirmed. If Siri is disabled, both methods work.

I too have found that the use of the Good app can be the source of the problem depending on what you're using Good for/your work. When I activated my Good app for my work's BYOD program it installed 2 profiles (one for Good and one for my work). If you go to Settings>General>Profiles> you will see your profiles. Under my work's installed profile I selected "More Details and is clearly lists 1 restriction: "Disables screen capture". Wish it said that on the screen when you try and nothing happends!
