I do agree serff, I was out of line making any suppositions as to Apple's reasoning for excluding Genius with Match.
My main point was concerning the people being rude and whining rudely.
I work in IT and I've worked in other service insudstries and I've never been treated so poorly by end-users as when I have been working in IT. The common phrase is "FIX THIS". That is the rude whine that I complain about.
And yes you're a paying customer, I agree, but that doesn't entitle you to bark orders at people trying to do their jobs.
That's all, I'm just sick of the unconstructive barking of demands and that **** ignorant phrase "FIX THIS!"
I digress, Yay! We have Genius back! It is a kickass product regardless.
