Delete Facetime App
I did it in IOS5, but when I downloaded IOS5.1 it reappeared and now I can't delete it again (or I forgot how i did it the first time.)
I want it gone.

As it is a default app you will not be able to delete it.
Just make a folder for unused apps and move it to the last page and forget about it.
