Just uninstalled iTunes again with all of its components and got rid of Mozilla off my computer as some forums have been saying its created issues - but to no avail.

Keep posting in here until a representative offers some help - is usually the best way. The more posters, the more likely we are to get a response.

Want to know why its only coming up text, its getting annoying as I want to buy stuff 😟 oh well, too bad apple.

I posted my troubles with Itunes 10.5.1 and here's what I found worked for me. Honestly I'm amazed it worked, but it did for me, its the last post:

I still have my Itunes running, I've been able to sync my Iphone with no problems. The store works perfectly. Again I don't know if it will work for anyone else. Maybe there's an easier way to do this, please let me know. I dread the next update.

The only possible temporary fix that worked for me:
Right click on the iTunes icon, (whether that is on the desktop, start menu etc) and press "Run as Administrator" the store should work using this method.

I think you will have to do this EVERY time you want to start up iTunes.

Message to apple: we shouldnt have to continually run the program as a administrator to use key features of a program, especially when we, the customer are wanting to purchase things off your store, also means your losing out on money 😉

Its definately a problem with the last update. My wife has two computers both 64 bit, one runs Windows Vista Ultimate (intel machine) and the other runs Windows 7 (AMD machine), her Itunes is running fine, but she is on version 10.5.0.142.

I on the other hand have one computer similar to one of hers running Windows 7 64bit AMD processor. My Itunes version is 10.5.1.42 and the store isn't working at all. In addtion, the processor jumps to 100% everytime I access Itunes.

So much for keeping your applications up todate....

Sorry no news. I have the same problem running Windows 7 64 bit. Can't believe Apple is allowing this to happen. Clearly a problem following the update. I tried going back a version but it was geting too goofy and I was only getting more frustrated. I also read that it was Genius related so turned it off. Of course, it didn't work now I can't turn it back on without itunes crashing.

C'mon...fix this issue.
