Cant verify Apple ID

I created a new Apple ID.

System requests that I check mail to verify

I check mail

Click on link that takes me to verification page

I enter info

I get:

"This email address is already in use or you may already have an Apple ID associated with this email address. Please try again or sign in using your existing Apple ID."

If I try to manage apple ID it says I need to verify.

I click on send verification email.

I check mail

Click on link that takes me to verification page

I enter info

I get:

"This email address is already in use or you may already have an Apple ID associated with this email address. Please try again or sign in using your existing Apple ID."


...and again and again...


ANY IDEAS?

9 hours eh? This was supposed to be exciting birthday gift. Wasted 2 hours thinking I was the one not doing something right...instead Apple isn't getting it right.


Its my birthday Apple (I'll send you a passport copy if you want...if you need to verify...oh right...your having problems verifying today).


Can you at least acknowledge this post and post something like "we're sorry for the iconvenience and are looking into it. thank you for your patience".


The price for your products includes some amount of decent customer service. Please live up to it.

I try to make and US account and always remind me to verify and always the same response.

is the same if i change my password
