Cant verify Apple ID

How long do you guys think it will take to get a response from apple?

9 hours eh? This was supposed to be exciting birthday gift. Wasted 2 hours thinking I was the one not doing something right...instead Apple isn't getting it right.

Its my birthday Apple (I'll send you a passport copy if you want...if you need to verify...oh right...your having problems verifying today).

Can you at least acknowledge this post and post something like "we're sorry for the iconvenience and are looking into it. thank you for your patience".

The price for your products includes some amount of decent customer service. Please live up to it.

me too have the same problems, i already try to make a new apple id, from the other computer and connection, but it still the same! **** i spend my whole day trying fix this things!

EXACT SAME PROBLEM! I can't even find who to call or email for technical support because of their convoluted website....

Same problem. Bought my mum an ipad for her birthday her first apple product cant verify her account. What a fizzle cant say she is motivated to run out and buy another apple product

Reluctantly just bought my first ever Apple product (an Iphone 4s) and am already starting to get my hate back on about this.
