Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I received an Apple email saying my Nano Replacement package would be sent in two business days with a return address. It's now been a week and I haven't received anything. Who do I need to contact/ what do I need to do? Thanks

Have not got my box either, it has been a week now too.
Apple should have been more prepaired, they had many years knowing this could be coming.

well besides ghostbusters no one. check your status on your request it could be still pending. if it does not come after 10 days request it again.
Just talked to Apple on the phone. Apparently there is a shortage of boxes and they hope to have that resolved in the next two weeks and get the packages out. The ten day window to return doesnt start until the box is received.
Been 2 days now without even recieving a confirmation email 😟

Apple's customer care representative shared with me that they are putting the 1st generation Nano back into production for a limited time so it is not likely you'll get the newest Nano.
If you check the email that they sent you the first time, and click on the link that is provided to see online the status of your repair, you will see if they sent you the box or not.
As you can see in this picture in 22 novembre they sent me the empty box.
still haven't received a box either...almost 2 weeks later....while others have already received a replacement a week ago.
2 weeks here and still no box? Sounds like it will come eventually, I hope.
