can i run ATI and NVIDIA in same mac pro

I'd like to run My monitors in my 2010 mac pro on my ATI 5770 and instal a NVIDIA GTX285 with power supply just as CUDA GPU will the 2 cards work together in the same machine or will there be a conflict? i'm hoping it will speed up my CUDA enabled apps

Just to confirm, Google says multiple screens will work with all cards mentioned, including the Titan above. CUDA/OpenCL will not. As there is no 'SLi/Crossfire' implementation for multiple cards simultaneously on the same task.

I believe Adobe CS6 is either an exception to the rule or is working to become an exception.

Te titan, hoever vconsumes a lot more power than the Mac Pro will supply, and you need to buy a seperate PSU to provide additional power to it. Just about any will do (It's about 110watts over and every PSU on sale today is at least 300w).

those are Windows features, SLI and Crossfire and never a factor in Mac and primarily gaming

try Adobe and Mac sites like MacPerformanceGuide and I find a lot of good discussions on MacRumors on the subject.
