Is it possible to change the font for a bullet? I can't seem to do it.

In the text inspector click on the list tab. Here you can choose different types of bullets, including custom images. The default is text bullets & in the small drop-down menu above the color box, you can select from several different ones.

I frequently use bulleted lists in my church newsletter & have several set as paragraph styles to easily reuse. You probably would want to set a paragraph style if you used a custom image & would like to use it again.

To change the font of a text bullet, click on the bullet in your document (in Pages 2.0, option-click) to select just the bullet, then use the Font palette to select a different font. If you have Scale with text selected in the List inspector, then changing the font size will have no effect, otherwise it behaves the same as the Size field in the List inspector.
