How do you create two tables next to each other in pages

This question may have been answered already but can not find it anywhere on here. I am trying to set up two tables/charts next to each other. Below, you can see the charts.

There is all this space next to the charts and I would like to eliminate that by setting the charts next to each other. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks 🙂

Carolyne,

Inline Objects are limited to one per line, Floating objects can be posiitoned at will. So, you could change your tables to floating objects, using the Wrap Inspector or the Format Bar. However, if you don't want your tables to be floating objects, you have another route. You can first make both tables Floating and set them side-by-side, select them both at once and then Arrange > Group. Then change the grouped object to Inline.

Jerry
