Credit card charged APPLE ITUNES STORE EUR LUXEMBOURG LU

It happen to all,i thought it`s only me ,i have inslaled game for my sone for 4.99 euro and til now i have lost over 650 euro,iTunes are taking my money ,i had to close my bank account,i do not believe it`s for real ,some creepy company is on our banks details,

I also discovered a strange transfer (still in 'reserved' status) on my CC account and contacted Apple support.

This is what they told me:

I have great news for you. The amount you’ve seen is not an actual charge but authorization holds that will be reversed by your bank.

Me:so you mean the reservation with be cancelled?

Me:Ok, how often does that happen?
