Numbers - Adding Sub Pop Up Windows

I am trying to create a sub Pop Up Window in Numbers. If Column B is a certain Category, I would like the pop up menu in column C to be a certain range of descriptions.

Is this possible? Any help is appreciated

Hi Jerry, its me again. We just had a trade show and the spreadsheet worked out great but we have decided to change a few things to make it faster.

1) We are now going to type in the part number which will autofill the description

2) We have 3 different pricing levels. I would like to have the column header be a drop down window listing the three different pricing levels. The price column would look to the column heading to see which pricing level is chosen and then use the Part No./Pricing table to look up the correct price.

Can you help me with the formula to look up the pricing.

Hi Marie,

You might take a look at Is there a way for the Drop down choice of one menu to determine the drop down choices of another cell?.

Good catch. My tired eyes didn't catch that change to my formula, even after I copied Marie's version in my last post.
