I repeatedly get "unknown error (4)" when try to download upgrades

App Store tells me to try again later but I consistently get this error. I recently had my Apple ID corrupted. I thought it was fixed but could that be the problem? Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Yes, that could be the problem.

Quit the App Store if it's open.

Try "resetting" your Apple ID password > My Apple ID

When you're done open the App store and try updates
