So far everything seems to be o.K. on my side except notes.
I modify a note using ICloud and it takes forever for the modified note to be saved.
That rotation circle is there until either
- the cows come home or
- I'm getting miffed, log out and lose some of the changes.
Does anybody else experience the same? Is there any explanation for this?
Once changes do get saved they're being pushed to my IPhone right away but the saving process itself takes ages.

It's good to see that I'm not the only one here. My iCloud email is basically unusable at the moment. I can't open any attachments, I delete mails from one device and they stay on another. Basically nothing is working properly. I'd say this has been since maybe Wednesday or Thursday. I can't believe it's not spoken about more - it's such a big deal.

I have the same problem...

I use sparrow to get access to my emails.

If the emails have attachments than it takes very long to load them, the same problem in the Mail.app!

Today somebody sent me an email with a 20MB File, sparrow was not able to load the mail, after 10 minutes I canceled it.

But on icloud.com the email was instant loaded... I don't get it ):

My address is an @me

Apple Pages for my iPad takes about 10 minutes to update 1 document. I did the calculation and determined that iCloud updates at a whopping 1.3 kpbs per minute. Now, that's what I'm talking about!

Actually, has anyone figured out how to get Pages to update faster, or are we just stuck with slow iCloud speeds until Apple decides to spend its billions on making better software.

I'm giving up on iCloud. My calendar is incredibly slow. It takes me 20 seconds on beach ball spinning to create an event, really awful and the worst is that there is no one to complaint so I move back to Google...I wouldn't mind paying for cloud services if they didn't suck but having no way of contacting customer support is ridiculous since I already pay a lot for my devices with the promise that iCloud will work but it doesn't work as advertised...they are lucky I am not the kind of person that wastes time with a law suit

My internet speed is 60MPS download and 30MBPS upload

lol this was a very poor reply. I know it's an old post but I'm having speed issues at the moment with iCloud and found this thread. I have 152MB download / 12MB upload. Of course it's an optional service but the reason why a lot of people buy into Apple is because of their high quality products and services. iCloud is a significant service of theirs and speed being slow is a big issue. Yes we all love Apple products and defending Apple regardless is always something Apple supports tend to do (including myself) but there comes a time when in order to get things resolved, people need to voice their concerns so that the volume of demand is large enough to bump priority.

Luckily Apple being a huge company now have and are continuing to heavily invest in data farms so that they can be in control of the storage and it's speeds instead of it being outsourced.
