When I look using the finder, I don't see this. My library at the top level has a very small cache, and there is no library associated with my user.

• May be seen by holding Option while selecting Go in the Finder menubar.
• May be made permanently visible by copying and pasting chflags nohidden ~/Library via Terminal (in your Applications/Utilities folder). Must be repeated after software updates.
• May also be made permanent by dragging it into a Finder sidebar.

No, sorry, I've not learned much about that stuff. I built my website with iWeb, which requires no HTML at all (but you can insert some for extra functions). Its really a shame that Apple has abandoned it -- it has its limitations and quirks, but there's no easier way to build a website.
