PagePlus X3 is outdated, Windows-only software. To run it on your Mac, you will have to install a PagePlus-compatible version of Windows on the Mac via Boot Camp or any of several virtualization apps, then install PagePlus into the Windows volume. Unless you're going to be using a bunch of other Windows software as well, this is going to be more complicated and expensive than it's worth. You would be better off buying and learning a Mac-based page layout application, perhaps even something as simple and inexpensive as Apple's own Pages.
