I have 3 things not working on my iphone which tells me my GPS antenna is broken.
1. Map can't locate me properly
2. bluetooth not working
3. weak Wifi signal reception
Does anyone had the same problem and what did you do about it? My warranty expired and apple won't fix it.

Restore the phone as new. Do not install anything on it or change any settings. Test GPS. Outdoors. With a clear view of the sky. If it still doesn't work (and BlueTooth doesn't and WiFi doesn't) your RF chip has failed (not the antenna). Apple will repair it in the country where it was purchased for $199 or equivalent in local currency.
It doesn't matter what the problem is, the hardware is broken. A single chip provides GPS, WiFi and BlueTooth. There are separate antennas. The chip costs about $2.50, but replacement is not a job that mere mortals can do. Even Apple doesn't replace it; they replace the whole logic board. The labor to replace a chip costs more than the fully assembled board.
FYI:
US $149 for all iPhone models except the iPhone 4S, which is US $199.
AppleStore in Vancouver Canada told me that GPS antenna is likely failing, but I will go back and ask them about RF chip. Thank you.
PS I restored my iPhone, but still didn't work. Thanks for info though.
