Country change and .77 Cents in my way

I recently moved out of the US and want to change my accounts billing address and country. The problem is I still have 0.77 cents which don't allow me to perform the country change. How am I supposed to spend that if everything costs .99 cents? Help please.

Contact support and approve cash out of remaing credits
