I am having the same issue with a Mophie Air battery pack...

These were the suggestions that I got from Mophie.

I tried these ideas and it didn't help


1) Different micro-USB cable sometimes fixes the issue. No idea why.


2) Take your iPhone out of the case, plug it into a dock connector, then completely restore it. Then put your iPhone back into the mophie and immediately plug it in again with the micro USB cable (one that you know works)… it should recognize the iPhone and re-sync.
