The pineapple means your iPhone is/was jailbroken at some point, you wont find any support for a jailbroken phone here

Try searching for jailbreak forums or check the site for the software you used. I hate to say it but if you cant find help their your pretty much screwed

You can try restoring the iPhone via iTunes.
