App Store missing from iPhone 4s
How do I restore the icon. Restrictions are Off and the Settings show the App Store, but the icon is missing. Thanks for your help.

The App Store icon is in the restriction page. If you never created a 4-digit pass code, call ATT. They have the code and they don't recommend you change it because if you do and you forget it, they can't help you. Also, when that happens and you need something through the restriction page, you will have to reset your whole phone. That means back to factory settings.
