Five Below protective shield

I purchased "mobile Armor 3" protective shield from Five Below. I know these aren't going to be as good as others but since I have to wet it to put it on, is this a problem? Anyone else try these?

Update:

If by chance you had the problem I did where it left sticky residue behind on the glass. Do not user window cleaner or alcohol unless last resort, something that simply worked for me was this.

Take a strip of scotch tape or invisible tape and rub it over the affected area of the glass. Then simply peel the tape away, along comes with the tape the residue. You can then take a plain cloth or tshirt and wipe away any left over oils and you are good to go.🙂

Get the tempered glass from 5 below. The one that comes in the hard plastic case is the best, I find these tempered glass protectors to be just as good as the ridiculously expensives ones that you can find at any cell phone retailer. Don't even buy the thinner non-glass protectors, they are about the same price but not nearly as good, and very hard to put on without bubbles.

IMO they are junk. I got one recently for my Ipod Touch. As careful as I was, the protector still had bubbles all over it, no matter how much I worked at it, it just looked terrible.

I had it on for two weeks, decided today to remove it, it has left sticky residue that is almost impossible to remove from the Ipod screen! I hope it has not ruined my screen. Seriously go with Zagg products, I had one of those for my HTC phone and it came off with no issues at all.

These mobile armor are no where near as good and hard to believe its military grade material, its more like a sticker.

Thank you both for responding! I actually chose to not apply it because I wasn't comfortable with the wetting part. On top of that it says it's best to not use the phone for 48 hrs!! I was all geared to take it back and then saw on the receipt that "all sales are final" at Five Below. I'm still not applying it.

I was in the Apple store today and about to get one they had but it had a note about it impacting the screen clarity and the screen's response to touches. I'll take a look at the product you recommended.
