There are lot of sri lankans who are interested in buying the iPad but there is a huge problem with the language barrier. If you all make an app for this as soon as possible , believe me there with be a lot of happy apple users

You can't add fonts to the iPad so that they are available in every app, only Apple can do that - so if a third-party wrote an app that included it, it would only be available within that app.
You can try leaving feedback for Apple and maybe support will be added at some point : http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html
The iPad already has standard unicode Sinhala fonts. Can you see this page OK?
