Provisioning Profile??

I just noticed on my iPad2 under GENERAL>PROFILE it states I have a profile named "Infuse Medical Enterprise Universal" which was Received Jan 11, 2011 and Expires Jan 10, 2012. Does anyone know what the heck this is? It was received before I even got this iPad (in fact it was before the iPad2 was even available).

Does anyone have any information on this? If I try and remove it it says, "Removing this provisioning profile will change settings on your iPad".

Please help!

Do you have any sort of medical device that you attach to your iPad? That might also be it. Otherwise, deleting it should have no impact.

If it were me, I'd contact/visit the Apple Store and discuss it with them. If you, an app, or a device did not install this provisioning profile, why is it there. I'd want to make sure that a previously owned iPad didn't mistakenly get packaged as a "new" iPad.

Good luck.

If you have any third party apps that were not validated by Apple, this may be the reason for provisioning. This can be a developer app that is not yet released as well. A way for it to run without validation certificate from apple.

Did you have change the date on your ipad to get a third party app to run? Then it stored provisioning to this profile. If you delete it, the app may not run anymore. In which case, you probably just have to set date back again or reinstall app.
