All I know is everything was fine until I did the update now every time I want to sign in for anything it doesn't recognize it on my iPad I am so frustrated.... I have to sign in to my PC to download anything. Tried restarting everything clearing everything but nothing works...this has been going on for weeks I am thinking of buying another tablet and saying forget it to this thing...the frustration is just not worth the product
