So I downloaded the iTunes update days ago which is the version 10.5.2
At running it for the first time it was all working properly, but then a day later when I opened iTunes, the iTunes just freezes for no reason and need to end process with Task Manager.
Any reason why it freezes and crashes now? (My OS is Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit)

Hi, I have the same problem. iTunes crashes when I open it on my windows xp.
I can't even open the task manager once I've opened iTunes. The laptop freezes and I have to power off by pressing the power button.
The image name you referred to doesn't come up in task manager maybe cos I had to shut down then restart to open the task manager but of course at that point iTunes isn't on.
Please help. I'm so frustrated by this.
