How can I fix the "Media Jam" on my Hp F300 printer pls. I have an iMac OS X 10.6.8 Thanks

I don't own an HP, but if I get that kind of message on my Epson, it means there is a paper jam. So you might want to look at your user manual and your printer to see if anything is stuck.
