iTunes Match Error -9810

Trying to set up iTunes Match on my Mac mini all weekend. It keeps erroring out during Step 1 with the code "-9810". What does this mean?


I've found other threads suggesting I should delete the Verisign keys from my Keychain, and then reboot, which I've done. I left it at home to see if it finishes syncing while I'm at work. The next try will be to delete my Apple cookies and see if that helps.


Any other ideas?

Thanks for your response. When you say "try signing on elsewhere", what do you mean? Should I sign into iTunes on a different computer? I'm not sure how that's going to solve the problem on the computer I'm trying to set it up with, though. I have iTunes on my work PC, but I'm trying to stop using that and keep all of my music on my home Mac.

Thanks again for your help. However, none of that worked at all. The only thing that worked was bringing my Mac to work with me today and setting up iTunes Match over WiFi (I'm on Ethernet at home). Not sure why this worked, but I saw someone else had solved their problem by changing which network they were on, so I figured I'd give that a shot. Still don't know if it was the switch from Ethernet to WiFi, or just being on a totally different network that ended up fixing it, but at least it's working.
