Safari: google search box is vanished

Hi,

my safari has lost the google search box.. I tried to restore the default configuration from "customize tool bar" but it keeps to reload my URL bar without the Google search box..

Any help would be much appreciated!

1.Open Safari 2.Right click on an empty space of the toolbar area>"Customize Toolbar" pops up 3.Left click on the the "Customize toolbar">an array of options pops up 4. Right click on the lowest framed box>"Use default setting" pops up 5. Left click "Use default setting" tab


Now the search box supposed to have been restored in your toolbar. It did on my OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard at least. I don't have Lion and Mountain Lion though but those who have one of them may try it the same way.
