I set up email on my i-phone 4. It shows that its on and working, but when I go to mail and select other (its a windstream acct) it always takes me to new account and won't let me access my mail. HELP!

Thanks for your help! I followed that series of instructions and still can't get it to access 😟. It goes str8 from selecting "other" from the email groups to add a new account, and cancel takes you back to the groups. Its saying I have 50 emails but somehow has me blocked from accessing them...
Did you try it from the iPhone side:

It might be as easy as making sure you put a check mark in iTunes (info) panel is synced with your mail also.
Do you have a Windstream account on your computer already? or are you just trying to set it up through the iPhone?
