Why is the downgrade from ios5 to ios4 forbidden by itunes apple ?

Because the Dear Leader said so.

It isn't "forbidden" it is just not supported. You can Google and learn how to do it.

It is forbidden by Apple to Downgrade iPhone 4. To Restore an iPhone 4 the iPhone must receive a special code (signing) specific to the iPhone to Restore, only Apple has the secret Algorithm. Apple only supplies the code for the Current Firmware. So Apple does not allow downgrade of iPhone 4. In addition iTunes is programmed to halt the Restore Process if it detects an attempt to downgrade the Firmware of iPhone 4. So in summary, Apple forbids the downgrade of iPhone 4.

Even the Head Apple Genius could not downgrade any new iPhone 4, or any new iPhone 3GS, or any new iPhone 4S. Because Apple forbids it.

No, I can't re-design anything. Perhaps you overlooked the fact that no one here works for Apple.

If you think it's so crappy, then why did you buy one to begin with? If you didn't buy one, then go away and troll somewhere else. For that matter, if you did buy one, just go away and troll somewhere else.

To add on to what brad said, iOS 5 uses a new ticket system known as APTicket, in addition to SHSH blobs. APTickets are unique to the device so if one tries to force install an earlier version of iOS, the request will be denied. You can log your current tickets and blobs with programs like TinyUmbrella. The rest, can't tell ya here.
