Everytime: you do not have enough access privileges for this operation

I have a bunch of apps and music on my itouch 4th gen and ios 5.0.1. I used to use my windows 7 hp desktop for it, then i got a new hp windows 7 laptop. I got the latest version of itunes on it and synced it. It said: do you want to transfer purchases made from ur ipod to this itunes library, if u dont it will delete them." or something like that. I clicked "Transfer" and it then says: "you do not have enough access privileges for this operation". I have copied and pasted my old music to my new itunes im fine with that but my apps!!! i dont wanna do the same cuz ill lose my data from my apps and my progress for all games and junk. please help
