Screen goes pixelated!!!

Hi, I've got a mac book pro i7 15-inch (2010).

I opened a file with SimplyRAR, but I couldn't opened. After a while, my screen went pixelated, and colors were changing all the time; It was like the screen has broken down; however, after that the screen hadn't got that problem; but the problem goes back.

I was worried about that, so I decided to turn on my laptop with Windows (Boot Camp) and the problem was nowhere.

Finally, I decided to turn on my laptop with Mac, the problem persisted.

Have you got any idea about this???

Should I erase/format the HD???

Please help me!

I've tried to log in safe mode. Now it works fine, but if I log into normal mode, it works bad.

I've been looking for the problem and I realised that when i'm in safe mode the graphic card is NVIDIA; and when I am in normal mode the graphic card is INTEL.

So the problem is that the INTEL graphic card doesn't work.

I would like to know what can I do if I want that my laptop (when starts in normal mode) starts with NVIDIA graphic card.

PLEASE HELP ME AND GIVE ME ADVICE.

Thanks.
