4Gb 1333 Mhz DDR3 vs 8Gb 1067 Mhz DDR3

Hey,

just got a new computer with 4gb of ram at 1333mhz but on my old macbook pro I have 8Gb at 1067mhz.

to be honest I don't really understand much but for me 8 is better than 4 but then again the MHz are different so I would like to know which one I should choose.

my processor is the following ... 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7(its the latest version of the macbook pros 13" late 2011)

I hope this is enough information to answer my question but please don't answer to this if you are not sure

Thank you to all in advance

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

I would say that the 8GB of 1067MHz would be better.

The 1333Mhz might give you a bit better performance at gaming, but the 8Gb's would still be better.

OR you could get 8GB of 1333MHz, its only around $50.

Hope this helps,
