I accidentally deleted my newsstand, how do I get it back?

I found I had to go back to one of the publications I'd purchased and download it again. That way the Newstand APP reappeared. However I discovered that certain publishers had an issue with IOS9 and the issues took forever to download - was advised to reinstall their APP to correct the issue. Didn't bother, so can't say if issue remains. IOS9.1 now has the NEWS app. Not used it, so can't comment.

Have you updated to iOS 9 ? If you have then that's why it's gone, the app is no longer included in iOS - if you have downloaded magazines/newspapers that used to be in the Newsstand app, then you should, I think, have a Newsstand folder on one of your home screens with them in it.

The Newstand App cannot be deleted because it's part of the firmware.

Suggest you swap your screen to the extreme left and do a search for the Newstand App.

You can't delete newsstand. Is it on another page .

If you still cannot find it:

• Settings
• General
• Reset
• Reset Home Screen Layout

That should make it appear again

That's impressive...but not true... You just hid it. That or you jailbroke your device. Neither of which is deleting it from a stock OS.

I don't care what you say , the app cannot be deleted

It is possible to delete newsstand as I have accidently done it when I deleted all the magazines in it. Have searched all home screens but it is not there.

But shouldn't original newsstand be replaced ** News for iOS 9? I remember using the "News", it was so cool! But I don't remember if it was before or after updating
