Are there any iphone docks that work with the otter box? Just got I phone 4s with otter box protection and a docking station and it will not set in there properly.

You can use most new docks with an Otterbox but the dock cannot have any inserts.
Docks can pair your iPhone witout case. If you want to dock with case, you can buy a connector, connecting dock and iPhone
If you are talking about the top of the line OtterBox Defender series, then I do not know of a dock that will work with it. What I recommend is a 30-pin pass-through extension such as this: http://www.amazon.com/RadTech-13-860-ProCable-Shortz-Extender/dp/B004N85WJE/ref= pd_sim_pc_3
It will allow you to use your encased iPhone with any dock you choose to purchase.
